走路可至清交大、近園區、Costco、將軍村文創區，位於飛行樹屋咖啡所在的貓村裏頭，交通地理位置佳，附近好停機車，走路三分鐘可至客運站搭車去台北、台中、機場，步行五分鐘有U-bike站
"Within walking distance to NYCU,NTHU, close to Sience park and Costco, located in the cat village where the Flying Treehouse Café is situated.3 minute walking to bus station to Taipei, Taichung and the airport; there's good parking for scooters nearby."It’s a 3-minute walk to the bus station for routes to Taipei, Taichung, and the airport, and a 5-minute walk to the nearest U-Bike station.

咖啡公寓為新裝潢，公共空間有tokuyo按摩椅，房間皆有禾聯變頻冷暖空調(僅RoomA為冷氣空調)，床墊、枕頭、床包、桌椅，廚房電器大多為新電器，希望未來的天使室友們都能共同愛惜維護。
"The Coffee Apartment has been newly decorated. All rooms are equipped with HeLien variable frequency air conditioners (except Room A, which has an old air conditioner). The mattresses, pillows, bed linens, tables, and chairs, as well as most kitchen appliances. Massage chair in the living room. We hope that future angelic roommates will cherish and maintain them together."

咖啡公寓押金為兩個月，最短租期一個月。
The deposit for the coffee apartment is two months' rent, with a minimum rental period of one month.

關於生活費用 Utility
咖啡公寓各房間冷氣有安裝獨立電表，其餘電費、水費、瓦斯費用、網路費用、以及公用開銷(如：垃圾處理費、飲用水濾心...etc)皆為未來天使室友們公同平均分擔。
Each room in the coffee apartment has its own separate electricity meter. The remaining costs, including public electricity , water, gas, internet, and communal expenses (such as The garbage disposal fee...etc.), will be shared equally among future angel roommates.

咖啡公寓每月會提供一次公共環境打掃維護。環境維護平日由每個天使室友們工同維護。
Coffee Apartment provides public area cleaning and maintenance once a month. Regular maintenance of the environment is jointly carried out by all angel roommates.

The coffee apartment features a coffee corner where you can currently use a small one espresso equipment for free.

咖啡公寓貓咪大小事 About Cats
咖啡公寓位於眷村裡面，眷村的貓咪喜歡在公寓的屋頂嬉戲，也會跑到院子、房子裡(沒關門的話)，飛行樹屋咖啡的店貓也會跑來串門子，所以歡迎喜愛和貓咪一起生活、看眷村貓咪小劇場的天使室友們。公寓裡目前也住著三隻貓喔!
The coffee apartment is located inside a veterans' village, where the village cats enjoy playing on the apartment's roof and sometimes come into the yard or the house (if the doors are left open). The café's resident cat from the Treehouse Café also likes to visit. So, angel roommates who enjoy living with cats and watching the village cats' little dramas are very welcome! There are currently three cats living in the apartment!
關於遠端訂房 Booking from Abroad / Overseas Booking
如果您人在國外無法親自現場簽約，我們可以為您保留房間。您只需先支付「訂房金」，待您抵達現場後再補簽租賃契約即可。
訂房金計算方式：
起租日在 1 個月以上： 需支付 2 個月租金 作為訂房金。
起租日在 1 個月以內： 僅需支付 1 個月租金 作為訂房金。
If you are currently abroad and unable to sign the lease in person, you can secure your booking by paying a reservation deposit. The formal lease contract will be signed upon your arrival.
Reservation Deposit Requirements:
If your move-in date is more than 1 month away: A deposit of 2 months' rent is required.
If your move-in date is within 1 month: A deposit of 1 month's rent is required.
