走路可至清交大、近園區、Costco，位於飛行樹屋咖啡所在的眷村裏頭，交通地理位置佳，附近好停機車，也有將軍村停車場(汽車)

咖啡公寓設備 Facility
咖啡公寓為新裝潢，房間皆有禾聯變頻冷暖空調(RoomA除外為原屋留下之冷氣，Tent是移動式空調)，床墊、枕頭、床包、桌椅，廚房電器大多為新電器，希望未來的天使室友們都能共同愛惜維護。

All rooms are equipped with HeLien variable frequency air conditioners (except Room A, which has an old air conditioner from the original house, and Tent, which has a portable air conditioner). The mattresses, pillows, bed linens, tables, and chairs, as well as most kitchen appliances, are new. We hope that future angelic roommates will cherish and maintain them together."

關於生活費用 Utility
咖啡公寓各房間冷氣有安裝獨立電表，其餘電費、水費、瓦斯費用、網路費用、以及公用開銷(如：垃圾處理費*一個月1100、房屋清潔用品、公共空間垃圾袋，公共空間衛生紙...etc)皆為未來天使室友們公同平均分擔。
Each room in the coffee apartment has its own separate electricity meter. The remaining costs, including electricity (excluding what's measured by the individual meters), water, gas, internet, and communal expenses (such as The garbage disposal fee *NTD 1100/per month, cleaning supplies and trash bags, toilet paper...etc. for common areas), will be shared equally among future angel roommates.

咖啡公寓生活 Life
咖啡公寓每周會提供一次倒垃圾，每月會提供一次公共環境打掃維護。環境維護平日由每個天使室友們工同維護。

咖啡公寓貓咪大小事 About Cats
咖啡公寓位於眷村裡面，眷村的貓咪喜歡在公寓的屋頂嬉戲，也會跑到院子、房子裡(沒關門的話)，飛行樹屋咖啡的店貓也會跑來串門子，所以歡迎喜愛和貓咪一起生活、看眷村貓咪小劇場的天使室友們。
The coffee apartment is located inside a veterans' village, where the village cats enjoy playing on the apartment's roof and sometimes come into the yard or the house (if the doors are left open). The café's resident cat from the Treehouse Café also likes to visit. So, angel roommates who enjoy living with cats and watching the village cats' little dramas are very welcome!
